How long until my order ships and arrives?
Our warehouse needs a little time to process your order. We send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking and carrier details. Depending on your location and the delivery option you chose, your package will arrive within 5 to 8 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
What if I haven't received my package?
Nobody likes waiting for their new gear. Contact our team through the contact form and they'll track down your order. In the meantime, the tracking above gives you the latest updates.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund is sent after our warehouse receives and inspects your return, which can take up to 14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. The funds will be available on your original payment method within the following 2 to 5 business days.
