Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn't left the warehouse, yes. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number: we'll confirm by email whether the change is still possible.
How do I send an item back?
Don't send anything before contacting us. Use the form and choose "Return or exchange": we'll email you the return address and the slip to include in the package.
