Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. Orders are prepared within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent right after payment, then a second one with your tracking link when the order ships. If you have not received anything after 48 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Shoes must be returned unworn outdoors, in their original box.
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we made an error or the item is defective.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the package.
Size exchange
The fastest way: send the pair back and place a new order in the right size. Mention it in your email and we will hold the new pair for you during the return.

Seguimiento del pedido
Recibes un correo de confirmación justo después del pago y luego otro con el enlace de seguimiento cuando sale el pedido. Si no recibes nada en 48 horas, revisa tu carpeta de spam y luego escríbenos.
Devoluciones y reembolsos
Tienes 14 días desde la entrega para cambiar de opinión. Las zapatillas deben devolverse sin haberse usado al aire libre, en su caja original.
- Escribe a [email protected] con tu número de pedido.
- Te respondemos en 24 horas hábiles con la dirección de devolución y las instrucciones.
- El envío de la devolución corre por cuenta del cliente, salvo error nuestro o producto defectuoso.
- El reembolso se hace al medio de pago original dentro de los 14 días siguientes a la recepción del paquete.
Cambio de talla
Lo más rápido: devuélvenos el par y haz un nuevo pedido en la talla correcta. Indícalo en tu correo y te guardamos el nuevo par mientras llega la devolución.
